• Have a valid business bank account
• Meet minimum revenue and time-in-business requirements

Information Accuracy

You agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information in your loan application. False or misleading information may result in application denial and potential legal consequences.

Credit Authorization

By submitting an application, you authorize us and our lender partners to obtain credit reports and verify information with credit bureaus, banks, and other financial institutions.

No Guarantee of Approval

Submission of an application does not guarantee loan approval. All lending decisions are made by third-party lenders based on their individual criteria and underwriting standards.

No Upfront Fees: We do not charge upfront fees for our loan facilitation services. Our compensation comes from lenders upon successful loan funding.

Lender Fees: Individual lenders may charge origination fees, processing fees, or other costs. These fees will be disclosed by the lender before you accept any loan offer.

Third-Party Costs: You may incur costs for credit reports, appraisals, or other third-party services required by lenders.

You agree to:

• Provide accurate and truthful information
• Respond promptly to requests for additional documentation
• Maintain the confidentiality of your account information
• Use our services only for legitimate business purposes
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
• Not attempt to circumvent our systems or security measures
• Not use our services for fraudulent or illegal activities

Your privacy is important to us. Our collection, use, and protection of your personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

Our total liability for any claims arising from or related to these Terms or our services shall not exceed the amount of fees paid to us by you in the twelve months preceding the claim.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless 123 Business Loans, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from:
